As an International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining HFM’s global markets, forging strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of the company’s international business. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance HFM’s global presence and boost sales of our products in the international market.
1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate business opportunities in international target markets.
2. Based on insights from market research, develop and execute business development strategies to build and maintain relationships with international customers.
3. Propose localization strategies for products and services based on specific needs and cultural differences in target markets.
4. Work closely with business, technical and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of business development strategies.
5. Prepare regular business reports to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of business development activities and provide decision support to management.
1. Fluent English communication skills, mastery of a second foreign language (for specific markets) is preferred.
2. Availability for frequent international travel and readiness for long-term international assignments.
3. Excellent market research and data analysis abilities.
