Plate Heat Exchanger for Egg Products Pasteurization

Eggs have high nutritional value in terms of protein, carbohydrate, lipids, and other minerals have always made them suitable for human consumption. Egg products include whole eggs, whites, yolks, and various processed and pasteurized blends, with or without non-egg ingredients.

Egg products processing includes breaking eggs, filtering, mixing, stabilizing, blending, pasteurizing, cooling, freezing or drying, and packaging. The pasteurization process is similar to milk dairy foods (steam to water) for the intermediate circuit in the heating section. The cooling process rapidly cools down to a low temperature.

HFM supplies high-quality designed plate heat exchangers and all-brand plate & gasket replacement parts for the European and Middle-East egg plant’s automation process. Some egg white has a PH value of acid. Thus plate material, we’ll choose SMO254 material plates rather than standard stainless steel for the plate heat exchanger or plate pasteurizer.
