Then the eggs go through washing, sanitizing, cooling, drying and are then packaged. If the eggs are going to be used for whites are yolks then the eggs are broken after the sanitizing process and the whites and yolks are separated. Then the liquid egg white or yolk is filtered and may be mixed with other ingredients. Then it is chilled and under goes being heat in dried form. After this it is packaged.
