Plate heat exchanger insulation jacket is a practical solution for reducing energy loss and enhancing safety across a range of industries—including petrochemicals, machinery, plastics, and food processing. Designed with a triple-layer structure of high-silicon refractory material, silica gel, and eco-friendly cotton, these jackets provide exceptional insulation performance up to 650°C. Easy to install and remove, the insulation jacket is water-resistant, oil-resistant, non-combustible, and corrosion-resistant. Its flexible, wipe-clean surface ensures long-lasting durability and a clean, professional appearance.

Product Details

This insulation jacket is constructed using nano-aerogel insulation blankets and ceramic fiber needle-punched blankets, known for their superior thermal insulation and low thermal conductivity.

Inner Layer:
Composed of high silica cloth and ceramic fiber cloth, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1200°C, with continuous operation possible at 950°C. These materials offer excellent heat resistance, flexibility, and durability.

Outer Layer:
The surface is made of silicone-coated reflective fabric or Teflon-coated high-temperature cloth, segmented for flexibility and easier installation.
