The global energy shortage this winter brings the power, oil and gas prices a considerable rise. On the one hand, LNG plants and petroleum factories keep the productivity under the circumstances of COVID-19. On the other hand, they need to depress the operation cost, firstly from some none-processing equipment like plate heat exchangers.
